Selected Work & Impact

A few examples of the work I operate at the center of

Drawn from real engagements with founders, CEOs, and principals in enterprise, clean energy, and private office settings. Names and confidential details are kept out.

01

Founder-led consumer brand · 2,600 employees

Founder & CEO Operating System at a $600M Enterprise

Situation
A Founder & CEO leading a nationally recognized brand, with a calendar and inbox that had to absorb 200+ board, investor, and leadership meetings a year.
Challenge
The CEO was being pulled into coordination and follow-up that diluted the work only the CEO could do, and there was no consistent operating rhythm holding the executive office together.
What I Built
A clean executive operating system: rebuilt calendar and communication standards the company could follow, redesigned the inbox workflow, and created one secure place for board and investor materials.
Outcome
A tighter decision-making cadence, 40% faster executive response time, 15% fewer scheduling conflicts, and a CEO with meaningfully more room to lead.

02

Climate finance platform · $2B+ in green energy projects

Multi-State Executive Operations for a Clean-Energy CEO

Situation
A CEO splitting time between California and Florida, running a clean-energy financing platform across two offices and a national board.
Challenge
Board logistics, executive travel, and two offices needed to run smoothly without daily input from the CEO, and nothing could depend on one person.
What I Built
End-to-end ownership of annual board and investor meetings across major U.S. cities, restructured travel and vendor management, and a cross-trained administrative team across both offices.
Outcome
Operations that held steady across both states, 20%+ in annual travel savings, and a CEO who could lead the business instead of running logistics.

03

Private family office · ~$1B diversified portfolio

Confidential Operations Across a Multi-Entity Private Office

Situation
A Founder and Principal of a private family office with holdings across real estate, retail, and private investments, navigating sensitive matters across multiple entities.
Challenge
The principal needed one trusted person to hold the line across entities, anticipate what was coming, and handle sensitive matters with internal teams and outside parties.
What I Built
A single point of coordination across entities, with quiet handling of confidential matters and a clear operating structure connecting people, priorities, and outside partners.
Outcome
Confidential projects that kept moving without leaks, faster turnaround from outside partners, and a principal whose focus stayed where it belonged.

Paper-to-Cloud Document Modernization

Situation
Years of paper records for a private real estate portfolio: tenant records, property documents, and operational files spread across multiple commercial properties.
Challenge
Nothing was searchable, and the manual scan-and-file route would have taken weeks. The team needed a modern archive without months of administrative drag.
What I Built
An AI-assisted workflow with structured prompts, a clean naming convention, and automated filing rules so scanned documents routed themselves into the right folders.
Outcome
A searchable cloud archive the team can rely on going forward, with a fraction of the manual work and a clear, repeatable system for everything that comes next.

Featured · M&A Support · Due Diligence · Secure Data Rooms

Confidential Due Diligence Data Room Management

Situation
A food manufacturer working through a confidential partnership and acquisition process, with input required from leadership, manufacturing, operations, legal, and finance.
Challenge
Without a single owner, executives kept getting pulled off their day jobs, documents were being duplicated or missed, and the process was slowing.
What I Built
A single point of contact for diligence: a secure document structure, clear permissions, and managed working relationships with roughly a dozen external companies.
Outcome
A faster, cleaner process. Executives, manufacturing, and legal stayed focused on the business, and high-stakes conversations stayed confidential throughout.
