Leadership is demanding.
The right partnership changes what’s possible.

I’ve spent my career working alongside founders, CEOs, principals, and executive teams where trust, judgment, and follow-through matter. I bring clarity and structure to complex work, take ownership, and make it easier for the people I support to focus on what requires their attention.

I’m curious by nature and quick to understand how people, priorities, and systems connect. I anticipate what’s needed, ask the right questions, and keep work moving without requiring every step to be mapped out. My role is simple: make it easier for the people I support to do their best work.

Based in Sonoma County, I’m considering full-time, fractional, and project-based opportunities with Bay Area organizations and remote teams.

What I Do

The work that keeps priorities moving

Executive operations is the scheduling, communication, coordination, systems, and follow-through that keep priorities moving and give executives more room to focus.

More about what I do

Calendars and priorities

Deciding what gets time, what gets moved, and what does not need the executive at all.

Communication and follow-through

Email, meeting prep, notes, and the follow-up that keeps decisions from stalling after the meeting ends.

Systems and information

Bringing documents, records, and processes into one place people can find, understand, and use.

Special projects

Offsites, board meetings, process rebuilds, data rooms, and other work I can take ownership of and carry through.

Board and investor support

Meeting cadence, materials, secure repositories, and the follow-up items tracked until they close.

Modern tools and AI

Using AI and automation when they save meaningful time, while keeping human judgment at the center.

What I Bring

What experience looks like in practice

  • I see what needs attention, even when it has not been clearly defined.
  • I understand how people, priorities, and information connect.
  • I know what to move forward independently and what requires an executive decision.
  • I bring structure to complex work without adding unnecessary process.
  • I handle confidential information with discretion and know what should be shared, when, and with whom.
  • I take ownership, follow through, and keep the right people informed along the way.
