Years of paper records for a private real estate portfolio moved into a clean, searchable cloud archive using an AI-assisted workflow instead of weeks of manual filing.

Challenge

Multiple commercial properties, years of paper files, no real way to find anything. Manual scanning and filing would have taken weeks.

Approach

Built a workflow with structured prompts, a clear naming convention, and automated filing rules so scanned documents routed themselves into the right folders.

Impact

Far less manual work, faster retrieval, and a cloud archive the team can actually use going forward.

Confidential Due Diligence Data Room Management

Ran the data room for a food manufacturer through a confidential partnership and acquisition process. I was the single point of contact for document requests so leadership could stay focused on running the business.

Challenge

Requests pulled in leadership, legal, finance, and operations with no single owner. Executives were getting pulled off their day jobs, and items were going missing.

Approach

I took on the central point-of-contact role, built the secure document structure, managed permissions, and held the relationships with roughly a dozen outside teams.

Impact

Leaders got their time back. The process moved faster, nothing slipped, and high-stakes conversations stayed confidential.
