I've built my career making complex work easier to manage.
How I Work
I'm curious and resourceful by nature. I understand both the people and the mechanics of an organization. I see where more structure, communication, or follow-through is needed, and I know how to put it in place.
I anticipate what's needed rather than wait for the work to become urgent. I pay attention to what's coming, spot gaps early, and keep priorities moving when plans change.
I question processes, including ones I helped create. I change course, learn new tools, and rebuild systems when the old way no longer makes sense.
Much of my work happens behind the scenes, from private-office matters and confidential transactions to board materials, investor information, and secure data rooms. That work requires discretion, care, and good judgment. Those are not added features. They are part of how I work.
I stay current with AI, automation, and modern workflow tools. I use them when they make the work clearer, faster, or easier to manage, while keeping human judgment where it belongs.
My coaching training has strengthened the way I listen, ask questions, and understand how people communicate and make decisions. It adds another dimension to the work I already know how to do.

I'm drawn to people and organizations that genuinely care about what they're building or contributing. Industry matters less to me than the opportunity to build trust, do meaningful work, and work alongside good people.
