I bring calm to complexity, clarity to competing priorities, and thoughtful execution to ambitious goals. Whether supporting a founder, CEO, investor, author, or leadership team, I am often the person behind the scenes helping important work move forward.
I am naturally curious, highly resourceful, and deeply invested in understanding both people and systems. I enjoy seeing patterns, anticipating needs, and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most.
I operate in environments where discretion and judgment are non-negotiable: multi-entity private office operations, board and investor governance, confidential transactions, secure data rooms, and the sensitive matters that sit close to leadership.
My work is to design how an executive actually operates: the decision cadence, governance rhythms, communication systems, stakeholder management, and follow-through that turn priorities into execution. I am at my best when trusted to own outcomes and serve as a steady operating partner through growth, transitions, and high-stakes decisions.
I am fluent with the modern toolset: Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, monday.com, ClickUp, Calendly, Fathom, Canva, Zapier, and Airtable. I use AI and automation where they extend an executive’s leverage, and keep human judgment where it still belongs.
I also have coaching training. It shows up in how I listen, the questions I ask, and how I partner with leaders through complicated calls. It strengthens the operating work; it doesn't replace it.
